Eastern Harmony is a registered company formed in 2019. 

 

Eastern Harmony (EH) is in the business of taking the collective experience of its founders in audience engagement to present new opportunities for brands, explore formats and push the boundaries of creativity and communication through diverse formats of content across music, theatre and films.

 

The team working at EH is a collective of creative brilliance, visionary creative directors, maverick writers, innovative designers and seasoned producers with a legacy of award-winning achievements, always looking for the next big challenge, poised to craft a game-changing content strategy for brands rooted in social change and purpose, looking to forge deep and lasting connections with their audiences.

 

About the Founders

 

Pushpanjali Chaurasia is a trained Odissi dancer and scholar having performed extensively across India.  She has been the pillar and manager of Pt. Hariprasad Chaurasia for 30 years and is well-versed with the legal and commercial aspects of the music and entertainment business in India.  In her spare time outside of being a home-maker, she writes prose and poetry and has contributed and supported significantly in the ventures spear-headed by her husband Rajeev..

Rajeev Chaurasia is a seasoned media professional with expertise in Creative and Communication.  Through a career spanning over 30 years across businesses of Travel, Music, Live entertainment, Sports and Documentaries, solving challenges and building revenue capabilities, he has worked across the spectrum from start-ups to multinational organizations to build brands and transform businesses.

Outside of work he is extremely passionate about music education and contributes wholeheartedly to his legendary father and world-famous flute maestro Pt. Hariprasad Chaurasia’s Vrindaban Gurukul, a priceless living heritage of Indian art music and culture.

Bansuri Jab Gaane Lage is a spectacular Bollywood stage musical that brings to life the extraordinary journey of a wrestler’s son who against all odds made it his life’s mission to conquer his ambition and take on an arduous journey to become India’s most renowned flautist of our time, and who took the humble bansuri to the world stage. World-renowned flautist Padma Vibhushan Pandit Hariprasad Chaurasia’s story is what dreams and struggles are made of.

Singing Saints is a digital first music project, paying tribute to the rebel poets of India who sang for reform and

human dignity. 

8 Saints, 8 Languages, 8 Songs all capturing ancient wisdom which connects with GenZ.

 

Planned for multiple seasons, the music is released online across streaming platforms and YouTube, and will soon step into Live gigs, timed well with the current trend of

Devotional Clubbing.

 

This music is fresh, contemporary with folk. pop, and soul influences. It is spiritual, not religious introspective,

and not devotional.

iSM (pronounced as isim, like Buddh-ism), is a digital learning platform dedicated to Indian Art Music, offering courses in Bansuri, Vocal and Tabla.

Based on the pedagogy of world - renowned flute maestro Padma Vibhushan Pandit Hariprasad Chaurasia's Vrindaban Gurukul,  the platform covers the spectrum of

Sur (Melody) and Laya (Rhythm), the two pillars

of Music.

The modules offer convenience for anytime, anywhere learning through pre-recorded tutorials for music

learners worldwide.

Designed in the emerging micro-drama format, MAYA unfolds as a cinematic vertical series told through short, emotionally charged episodes built for today’s mobile-first audience. 

Each Episode is on an average 1-2.5 min long and runs with the intensity of a film scene, ending on a moment of tension, revelation, or emotional pull that drives the viewer into the next episode. 

Across its 50-episode structure, the series combines the immediacy of short-form, mobile first viewing with the depth of long-form storytelling, creating a fast-moving eco-thriller that is accessible, bingeable, and built for digital platforms without compromising on cinematic scale, atmosphere, or emotional impact.
